MCDONALD'S ROLLING PRAIRIE

Powers & Sons has been selected by The McDonald's Corporation to provide general contracting services for the cosmetic renovation of the lobby and rest rooms in the Eastbound and Westbound Rolling Prairie travel plazas.

The project will consist of exterior painting and E.I.F.S. repairs along with the removal of the existing canopy’s. Interior lobby work will include new wall covering, painting, floor tile repair and ceiling upgrades. Restroom work includes the removal and replacement of the mirrors, hand dryers, light fixtures, faucets, refinishing of Corian counter tops and floor tile repairs.

MCDONALD'S SHOREWOOD
Shorewood, Illinois

Long standing client, McDonald's Corporation, awarded Powers & Sons the new store in Shorewood, Illinois. This will mark the 46th project that Powers & Sons has undertaken for this client.

The project will consist of the construction of their pre-fabricated "Fullerton" prototype store and associated site work. The project began on May 11, 2010 and is anticipated to be completion on July 30, 2010.

CENTRAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES
Chicago, Illinois

Powers & Sons was the successful low bidder on this interior laboratory renovation project. The project consists of reconfiguring the existing space along with mechanical, electrical and plumbing work. The anticipated completion date is August 2010.
