Job Description: We are seeking effective take charge managers responsible for the administration of specific project functions, and systems. Manager must be a self starter, capable of providing on-site leadership, day-to-day decision making, an eye for safety and quality
and a track record of delivering a project within the time frames identified by our clients. The candidate will work closely and professionally with clients, design professionals and trade
subcontractors.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of hands on experience in commercial construction. Must be well organized and provide evidence of proven experience and leadership.
Project Superintendent

Project Engineer
Location: All Locations
Job Description: We are seeking candidates that are willing to learn
our business and grow with the company. The successful
candidate can perform the following duties; field engineering & control, processing, control and distribution of all project documentation (drawings, specifications, submittals, and other technical information).
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have computer literacy in document management (Expedition or Pro-Log a plus)
scheduling (Suretrak or Microsoft Project) and the ability to review shop drawings for conformance with specifications.
Estimator

Job Description: We are seeking candidates that are motivated, self-starters and willing to grow with the company. These candidates’ duties will include: quantity take-off and verification, pricing, digitizing, scheduling subcontractor and vendor solicitation.
Qualifications: The successful candidate will have computer literacy in WinEst, Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
A Bachelor of Science in construction, civil engineering or other analytical degree is preferred.
