	MCDONALDS, INC. Various Locations (Indiana & Illinois) Powers & Sons has partnered with the McDonalds Corporation to construct 40+ Stores in the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana region. This relationship has prospered in excess of 20+ years, and allows the client and contractor to successfully complete each project within the Owners requirements.
	WALGREENS, INC. Various Locations (Indiana & Illinois) Powers & Sons has provided general construction services to Walgreens for the construction of several stores. Each store is approx. 14,000 square feet and requires fast tract construction techniques that allow the stores to be completed on time and within budget.
	WAL-MART, INC. Various Locations (Indiana & Illinois) Powers & Sons enjoys the working relationship that has developed with Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. During the past 5 years, Powers & Sons has participated in both the new store and store renovation programs. While each project has its challenges, the working relationship that has developed allows for the smooth flow of communication and the timely completion of each project.
	MENARDS, INC. Chicago, Illinois This 200,000 square foot retail facility was constructed in Chicago, Illinois. The building consists of a structural steel frame with precast walls overlaid with a brick veneer. Site improvements included a wood-framed lumber warehouse, lumber yard, parking lot, with concrete and brick retaining walls adorned with custom wrought iron fencing.
	STAPLES, INC. Chicago, Illinois General Construction Services were provided for this new 20,000 square foot retail store. This core & Shell project consisted of a loading dock, stock room and an open floor plan which allowed for the installation of the Owners Fixtures, Furnishings and Equipment(FFE)
	BENNIGAN’S GRILLE & TAVERN Gary, Indiana Powers & Sons constructed this 16,100 sq ft restaurant and banquet facility, which was the largest Bennigan’s restaurant constructed in the United States at the time. This restaurant features three large banquet rooms, open dining area and bar overlooking the U.S. Steel Yard which is the minor league baseball stadium for the Gary Railcats.
