BANK CALUMET Schererville, Indiana General Construction Services were provided for this 5,000 square foot fast track bank addition which was constructed above the existing active drive through lanes and also included 2,500 square foot of renovated office space while the bank remained in operation. |

KEY BANK Indianapolis, Indiana The Pleasant View Branch of Key Bank in Indianapolis, IN was the complete remodel of an existing bank. A new teller line was installed, with new lobby finishes and check station. New offices were built and the kitchen and restrooms remodeled. The exterior was given a complete facelift, with new E.F.I.S. parapet, new store front and new roofing system. |

fIFTH tHIRD bANK Chicago, Illinois This new construction project is a 4,000 square foot building is located in the Chatham Banking Center at 79th & Stony Island. It consisted of wood framing and trusses, masonry veneer, concrete foundation work, and a multi-lane drive thru, which 30% of the work was performed by Powers and Sons. This was a fast track project that was completed on time and within budget. |

PEOPLES BANK Gary, Indiana Powers & Sons constructed this new 3,500 square foot retail banking facility. This building consists of a wood framing system for the walls and roof structure, brick veneer with stone accents and an E.F.I.S façade. The project includes a multi lane drive thru, and a state of the art internet banking center located in its lobby. |

NATIONAL CITY BANK Chicago, Illinois Powers & Sons constructed two new retail banking facilities for National City Bank on the South Side of Chicago. To expedite erection of the buildings, Powers & Sons had the buildings structural systems fabricated off site. The buildings were then shipped to the site and erected in seven business days. The brick veneer and E.F.I.S. facades were installed after the structures were erected and watertight. This practice reduced the product delivery schedule. |
