	EASTERN STAR CHURCH NORTHWEST CAMPUS Indianapolis, Indiana Powers & Sons provided Construction Management Services throughout design and construction for this 118,000 square foot facility. The new two story structure will house a 3,000 seat sanctuary, administrative offices, chapel, audio visual space, as well as both a children's and adult's education wings. The site component will accommodate 1,546 total parking spaces with a 6 acre detention basin on the adjacent property. The site plan also includes a 3.60 acre park
	New Beginnings Fellowship Church Indianapolis, Indiana Construction Management Services were provided on this new 39,687 square foot facility situated on a 10 acre site, including an asphalt parking lot for approx. 572 cars and a storm detention pond to slow run-off. The sanctuary has a capacity of over 1000 parishioners, with a future expansion mind of an additional 300.
	FIRST A.M.E. CHURCH Gary, Indiana General construction services were provided for this 12,000 s.f. addition to the existing church. The additional space includes: meeting room, choir room, men and women restrooms with lounges, kitchen and pantry, multi-purpose room, sound room, sanctuary, nave, lobby and vestibule. The nave includes new pews and seating for 350 people. The original stained glass windows from the existing church were removed, restored and reinstalled in the new addition. A new parking lot with 60 parking spaces was also included
	SAINT TIMOTHY COMMUNITY CHURCH Gary, Indiana General Contracting Services were provided for this new religious facility. Construction included a new sanctuary and fellowship hall, vaulted ceilings, wood paneling, glass skylights, and long clear span design with sound and cry rooms. In addition, the project included a 700 car parking area and lighted fountain.
	TRINITY UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST Gary, Indiana Powers & Sons was selected by United Church of Christ to build their new church in Gary, Indiana. This pre-cast/tilt-up constructed facility has a large sanctuary with a balcony, three multi-purpose rooms, full kitchen, offices, and a spacious vestibule. The sanctuary has seating for 240 parishioners. The project also consisted of new landscaping and a new parking lot.
	EASTERN STAR CHURCH MAIN CAMPUS Christian Education Center Indianapolis, Indiana Construction Management Services were provided for this facility, which includes the construction of Christian Education Center. The total square footage for this project is 120,000. Amenities include a conference room with state-of-the art audio and visual equipment, a basketball court, a performance stage, an elevated running track and more. This was a $16 million project.
