RED MAPLE GROVE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT Indianapolis, Indiana Located on the Southside of Indianapolis, Red Maple Grove is a mixed income housing community that was developed in three phases. This community has 60 buildings with a total of 130 apartment units. Also included in this development was a community center with a workout room, swimming pool, and tennis courts. |

ROBERT TAYLOR – SCATTERED SITES Chicago, Illinois Powers & Sons provided General Contracting Services for the construction of 291 units of Scattered Site Housing. This type of construction consisted of wood framing, masonry veneer exterior walls, aluminum windows, energy star appliances and an energy efficient roofing system. |

Robert Taylor Homes-ON SITE Chicago, Illinois General Contracting Services were provided for the construction of this 181 unit site development project, that included several different building types inclusive if two, three, six and 8 unit buildings and a management/community building. Extensive site work and environmental remediation work were included on this 4+ plus acre site located on the near South side of Chicago. |

THE RENAISSANCE COLLABORATIVE Chicago, Illinois General Contracting Services were provided for the comprehensive renovation of this historic 5 story YMCA Facility into a 100 single resident occupancy building. This restoration included the replication of the original 1913 building design inside and out, inclusive of 3 residential floors, 2 floors that house the YMCA facility, fitness center, gym, swimming pool, day care center and administrative offices. |

Normal Parkway Homes Chicago, Illinois General Construction Services were provided for this multi-family dwelling on the Southwest side of Chicago. Sites 1 and 2 are 3-story units and sites 3 and 4 are 4-story units, yielding a total of 40 units. This project is designed to enhance the Englewood Community and provide housing for local residents. Construction started in mid November 2003 and was completed in November 2004 |
